Quality Policy

WPO POLYMERS seeks the continuous improvement of its processes and customer services. To achieve this, it establishes an Environmental Management System based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001 Standard. This system will pursue the achievement of objectives and goals and greater control of processes, enabling us to reach customer satisfaction and the continuous improvement of the system.

The adoption of a quality management system is a strategic decision for the organization to help improve its overall performance and provide a solid foundation for sustainable development initiatives.

The Management of WPO POLYMERS establishes a Quality Management System based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard; therefore, we set the following points to comply with:

✓ Commitment to fulfilling the established requirements and the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the QMS.
✓ Customers are the reason for our work; therefore, meeting their needs and expectations is one of the organization’s main objectives.
✓ Commitment to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, customer requirements, and any other requirements that the organization subscribes to.
✓ Commitment to comply with all environmental requirements, whether legal, contractual, or of any other nature, applicable to us due to our activity.
✓ Continuous improvement of the Quality System is a strategic factor in the activities of WPO POLYMERS, supported by the commitment of Top Management, and necessarily requires the contribution of all employees in the organization, both individually and working as a team. This involvement constitutes one of the fundamental pillars in continuous improvement plans.
✓ As a fundamental tool to promote continuous improvement in the organization, it is necessary to establish the management procedures required for carrying out the activities and processes involved in the development of WPO POLYMERS services/products, using the setting and evaluation of quality objectives as feedback to identify and implement improvement opportunities in the established management system, aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.
